The Showing Up Foundation was created by the founding team behind Showing Up, a learning and development business dedicated to designing pioneering programs for people in commercial roles.

From the very beginning, we made a simple commitment: For every person we train in a corporate setting, we provide a free scholarship to a young person who otherwise wouldn’t have access to great learning and education.

This means that when organisations work with Showing Up, they’re also helping open doors for the next generation. Every scholarship provided by the Showing Up Foundation is fully funded by Showing Up.
